As the customer, I agree to pay the full amount due for the moving coordination services provided by AB Moving Services. I understand that my deposit represents only a portion of the total estimated charges and is used for scheduling and routing purposes. I acknowledge that the deposit is non-refundable once the reservation has been placed. Any request to change my pickup date or place the move on hold must be submitted at least five (5) business days in advance of the scheduled packing or loading date, whichever occurs first. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
If proper notice is given, I am entitled to receive a credit in the amount of my deposit, which may be applied toward a future interstate move. This credit must be used within twelve (12) months of the original reservation date. The deposit will appear on my billing statement as a charge from AB Moving Services.
If I choose to cancel my move, I must submit written notice to [email protected] no later than five (5) business days prior to my first available pickup date. Cancellation requests received within five (5) business days of the scheduled pickup date may still be honored if made in good faith.
